Austi was born in Ohio and raised in Central Florida before settling in West Virginia with her husband, Matthew, their two sons, Abram and Judah, and their dog, Brutus. With a background that spans administration, customer service, leadership, and education, she combines strong organizational skills with a genuine care for the people she works with — making clients feel welcomed and well looked after from their very first visit.
In her spare time, Austi is active in her local church, enjoys the outdoors with her family, and has a creative side she channels into artistic adventures.
